Wow, what a change in FV's sound from their first 3 classic albums, and even from Maschine Zeit. The vocals are clear, and the music is so much more trancey and upbeat. The album has its good points - tracks that were done really well at a their concert here for the Revivor tour, but not that attractive when simply listening to it on your stereo. So when i'm in the mood for Funker Vogt, i reach for albums like We Came to Kill, Execution Tracks, and Thanks for Nothing first, but when i'm in the mood for stuff like APB's Harmonizer, i would reach for Survivor. It's not terrible. Just...different.
