Notes

During the summer of 1975 a "private recording" of the Bach D Major Piano Concerto was found. The performers included pianist Din Lipatti, the Concertgebouw Orchestra, Amsterdam, and conductor Eduard van Beinum. That discovery made it possible for this historical document to be published. The recording was made during an October 2, 1947, concert. Unfortunately, the other Concerto Lipatti performed at that concert (the Ravel G Major) has not yet been found
