I'm having a hard time matching my copy to the correct version on discogs, it best matches the labels and matrix numbers on this release, except that on my label for side 1 track 3, after the title Sarah Jane is "Arr: Bob Dylan" I can't find a single copy on discogs that says this.

Unless you are going to try to sell it on here, I would not be too concerned with getting it exact. Get the right reissue period by looking at the label and try to match the runout if you can, but since you are mostly listing for your own inventory, you can just put a comment in the NOTES section under the conditions to remind yourself that it is not exact.
