Notes

Limited edition of 106 in a handmade silk folder with the name “Muslimgauze” embroidered on the front in silk thread. Inside each folder is a pair of pockets holding two CDs packed in full-color printed cardboard slipcovers and two inserts printed on paper made from recycled silk fiber. The inserts, one red, one green, are printed in gold and silver ink, respectively, and list the song titles for each CD.
There are six more colours of folders, some of which are more rare than the others. A total of 518 copies have been made in the following colors and quantities: Red , light blue , dark blue , purple , cream , brown and grey . Besides being very rare, all of the purple folders have the added distinction of having the name “Muslimgauze” embroidered on upside down.
A second issue, in regular jewel case, came out on 25 October 2004 in a limited edition of 1000.
