Previously unreleased mono mix of Deep Purple Mark 1's second LP on black vinyl (unlike this one on white - Deep Purple - The Book Of Taliesyn)

Both mono and stereo tapes of 'The Book Of Taliesyn' were mixed, but since the band had moved to from Parlophone to Harvest in the UK and they didn't release monos at that time the mono tapes wasn't used and has been gone since.

Gatefold laminated sleeve. Back cover notes doesn't say anything about a remix or remake other than it was digitally remastered and that the rights to the tapes are owned by Parlophone Records Ltd.
