Blackbrand
The album was initially released with this cover, and title, but re-issued with a new cover and title when "Haven't stopped Dancin" became a hit.The album goes far beyond it's popular hit though....For example, "Just let it lay" is a funk masterpiece. "Oh I" is a lovely soulful tounge-in cheek ballad. "Bob Gropes" blues is on the Bob James Tip. "Rockmaninoff" cleverly bookends a jazzy disco funk workout with a neo classical composer from the 1920's.GREAT album, and goes far beyond the pop-disco of "Haven't stopped dancin'". Needs a CD RELEASE! Are the tapes intact?
