Thought anyone looking here might be interested in this: https://www.forbes.com/sites/olliebarder/2018/04/28/funimation-has-some-great-box-sets-planned-for-the-20th-anniversary-of-cowboy-bebop/This music is finally getting an official release on vinyl, unfortunately it's only available as part of a couple of potentially overpriced collector sets (Funimation hasn't actually announced the prices as far as I know; I don't know what source the prices in the article come from). Maybe it'll get a standalone release down the road.

I find the sound level of the release is lower than other records. I must increase the volume. So that amplifies the friction sound on quiet tracks on side A...

After a bit of Google searching, I believe I found it for sale at "Shiny Beast music mailorder," a Netherlands website. Went ahead and placed an order, which was sort of rather interesting and quite an archaic process. So it sounds fairly mediocre, at least on the setup I currently have access to. I will try it out in a few weeks on my main system back home.Very excited to have gotten it for a fair price. If I hadn't found it on that site, I'd never have paid how much people are asking for on eBay. I have a suspicion that the site I linked to previously is actually the manufacturer.

I ordered it from a Dutch records website, but never received it after three months (it never shipped.) Thankfully I got a refund, but it was sketchy as hell.
