Anyone know why this is unavailable for sale in the US? An old friend was in this band and I've seen maybe 5 copies since release and mostly people have burned discs of it. I'd like it but no way in hell am I paying $65 plus shipping from Germany.

Buy the self titled UK version. It's nearly the same tracklist. Just two songs got cut (Subdue & Bitter) and one (Korrupted) got added.
