Original remaster from 4 track reel tape of Symphony Of Sound Tokyo Double CD of the same title. Recorded live at Valleydale Ballroom, Columbus, Ohio, November 4, 1966 as part of Andy Warhol's Exploding Plastic Inevitable show that toured the through the U.S.
Limited edition of 500 copies. The first 100 copies came with a hand-numbered sticker and a bonus CDr containing a digital transfer of the 1966 LP.
Some copies have the name misspelled THE VELVET UNDERGRPUND on the spine.
