Mooose004 is the release on Mooose Records that is more into Minimal music than the releases before. The two producers Andre Traenkner and Uwe Kressler, that founded in 2010 the DJ and Producing Team Einsauszwei, deliver a smart, deep 2‐tracker.And more contrasty can't an EP be. The first track Showroom is clearly settled within Minimal music. An almost hypnotic melody takes the listener on a trip, but HiHats and some rarely used vocals and bells efficiently help to break this hypnosis. The strong, rolling bass contributes to the whole thing and all in all one could feel like catched, catched in a big loop. And all the sudden, you press replay and start listening to this track once again.GumGum in contrast is more attached to the actual development in electronic music and therefore more into Tech House style. For that reason you can find one or another typical element of House music between this bad rolling bassline. These elements and the almost happy melody imprint GumGum into ones brain. But do not understand this wrong: GunGum is not a Happy ‐ Nu Rave Anthem, it is a solid grooving, mellow Tech House tune, that will bring any leg on the dance floor to whip in its rhythm, whether it is Main‐Time orAfterhour.
