One tour edition features black vinyl in a clear acetate cover with a large yellow Dangers symbol printed on it.

The Winter 2006 tour edition features black vinyl in a white cardstock cover with a large black Dangers symbol, beneath which are the words "Winter Tour 2006".

The Summer 2007 tour edition features black vinyl in a white cardstock cover with a large black Dangers symbol, beneath which are the words "Winter Tour 2006"; these have been crossed out, with "Summer Tour 2007" written in.
